How much do you charge to sell a home?

Our typical commission fee for a residential house under $800k is 2.5%, which is still below the industry standard of 3%. Commission fees are also dependent on the type of property, price of the property, and how many services you would like me to cover (such as staging, cleaning, repairs). I discuss my commission fees at our first meeting, so that you know upfront and are not taken by any surprises.
